Closed loop injection molding machines, ranging from 20 to 250 ton clamp pressure, shot sizes from .6 oz. to 16 oz. with a bank of fully automated Cincinnati Electrics are centrally fed materials from a Motan drying system. Specializing in the precision molding of highly engineered thermoplastics, including carbon fiber and glass fiber filled resins, we meet the tightest tolerance requirements.
All of our customer’s designs go through the APQP process, assuring that the tool and process are designed to meet or exceed all of the customer’s requirements. Our Engineering department works closely with our tool makers to keep all tools in prime working condition.
Our Quality Assurance department, staffed 24 hours, 5 days a week is fully equipped with automatic CMM, comparators, 12 double flank gear checkers and a host of hand tools to measure and test per customer requirements. All control plans reflect customer and Phillips-Moldex quality standards.
